We’d like to extend a special welcome to folks traveling by bicycle. 

If you are peddling the West Coast you are probably going to be on the Hammond Trail through Humboldt County and the trail passes less than a mile from Camp Prairie.

Come on up and take a break!  We can safely store your bike and gear if you need to step away from all that for a while.  We’re just off the trail and are happy to help with any logistics or information if we can. 

Next season we will have a hot shower on-site!

But as of Fall 2022 we are offering just this quiet, secure little spot in the woods where you can rest up, use some of my tools, get a ride into town, and rest assured that your bike and gear will be safe when you return.
